About Conroe Junk Removal & Hauling

Conroe Junk Removal & Hauling was founded in 2014 by two brothers who grew up in Montgomery County and saw the junk removal market being dominated by companies that operated out of Houston with no real understanding of Conroe's specific communities, HOA requirements, or local disposal regulations. Their first truck served Conroe and Lake Conroe area neighborhoods. By 2017, they had expanded to three trucks and were regularly serving The Woodlands, Willis, and surrounding Montgomery County communities.

The company's growth has been driven largely by referrals from real estate professionals — specifically realtors and estate attorneys who depend on fast, reliable cleanout service to prepare properties for sale. When an estate sale needs to happen quickly, or when a realtor needs a property cleared in a 48-hour window before photos are scheduled, the ability to provide same-day service with professional execution is what separates a reliable partner from a liability. We have built those relationships throughout Montgomery County over more than a decade.

Our approach to compliance has also set us apart. Montgomery County and Conroe have specific rules about junk disposal that many haulers simply ignore — and that creates problems for homeowners who hire them. We route electronics to TCEQ-compliant recycling facilities. We perform EPA-certified refrigerant recovery on every refrigerator, freezer, and air conditioner we remove. We use Montgomery County-approved transfer stations for construction debris and general waste. When you hire us, you are not inheriting disposal liability for the items we haul.

Today, our fleet serves all of Montgomery County with a focus on Conroe, The Woodlands, and Willis. We complete approximately 400 jobs per month across the service area, with roughly 60% residential and 40% commercial or contractor work. Our residential service spans the full range: single-item furniture pickups, full garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts for properties in transition, and storm debris cleanup after severe weather events. Our commercial service covers office and retail tenant turnover, construction debris programs for area contractors, and scheduled haul-away programs for ongoing commercial operations.

We are fully licensed and insured in Texas, carrying general liability and worker's compensation coverage. Our team members are background-checked and trained in safe handling practices for the specific categories of items — appliances, electronics, construction debris, and heavy furniture — that require proper technique to remove without damaging property or injuring crew members.
